Support for Treatment, Assistance and Recovery for individuals with Breast Cancer
We know that going through breast cancer treatment can be tough—not just physically, but financially too. That’s why the Northwest Florida Health Council is here to help! If you live in Escambia, Walton, Okaloosa, or Santa Rosa County and are undergoing treatment or recovery, you may qualify for financial assistance to ease some of the stress.
We offer financial assistance for:

Household Cleaning & Yard Work · Utilities · Wigs · Bras · Prostheses
Lymphedema Sleeves · and more!

CIRCUIT 1 STRATEGIC PLANNING GUIDE
The Northwest Florida Health Council is excited to release the Circuit 1 Strategic Planning Guide, developed in partnership with the Florida Department of Health. This guide is designed to assist community organizations with grant writing initiatives. The packets includes Technical Assistance Curricula, Circuit 1 and county-specific strategies, and supportive data for CHIP-focused issues within our communities.


CREATE AN EMERGENCY PLAN
HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PLANS
Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIPs), facilitated by County Health Departments across Florida, are collaborative, multi-organization efforts to develop strategic plans addressing health issues within our communities. Similarly, the State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) is a joint effort involving the Department of Health, Florida Health Councils, community organizations, and residents.
